This page had just a bunch of random settings which often didn't have
anything to do with basic configuration. Better to just remove the page.

We no longer have split example-config files, so the text was slightly
confusing/unnecessary.

quick_config isn't really relevant here. A better link is to explanation of
what the home directory does.
